An agent of change is the leader who goes first. They change how they lead, one conversation and one decision at a time, so the culture around them changes too.
This is where you work on your change project between sessions: the one thing about how your team works that you want to be different six weeks from now. Pick a week to reflect on, or just start typing.
This coach is built on how I actually coach: the questions I ask, the frameworks I teach in Agent of Change, and thirty years of watching what helps leaders change and what doesn't. It's here for the moments that don't wait for our next session.
I created Agent of Change because I kept seeing the same pattern: leaders who wanted to build inclusive, high-performing teams and didn't have the tools to do it in the real messiness of organizational life. An agent of change is the leader who goes first. They change how they lead, one conversation and one decision at a time, so the culture around them changes too.
A six-week program gives you the tools. What it can't give you is a coach at 11pm the night before the hard conversation, or ten minutes after the meeting that went sideways. That's what this is for. You bring one change project, one specific thing about how your team works that you want to be different by week six, and the coach helps you move it forward every week.
It isn't me, and it isn't a substitute for a live session, a trusted colleague, or a therapist. It's a thinking partner. If something here stirs up more than you expected, bring it to our next session or reach out directly.
